Botanical name Artemisia vulgaris

These bundles are made of mugwort stems, leaves, and flowers buds grown and harvested from my garden. Each bundle is approximately 2 inches in diameter and 6-7 inches long.

Named after Artemis, goddess of the moon and hunt, in many traditions this herb is associated with protection, the moon, lucid dreaming, and intuition.

The smoke has been said to open one’s mind to ancestors and dream work, protective satchets are said to assist in travel by preventing delays, accidents, thieves, and danger. And a sprig of mugwort hung over the door is said to protect the home from illness and unwelcome energies.
